Rafaelo Breakfast Smoothie with Raspberry Jam

Divine taste of Raffaelo coconut balls and raspberries in a healthy morning smoothie.

    Recipe

    INGREDIENTS:
    Smoothie:
    1 cup cooked millet / quinoa
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    2 Tbsp almond butter / white chocolate hazelnut spread (optional)
    1- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup plant-based milk
    Raspberry Jam:
    1/4 cup fresh raspberries
    1/2 Tbsp agave syrup

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Smoothie: Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender.
    2. Jam: Use a fork to mash the berries. Add agave syrup.
    3. Pour the jam into the bottom of a jar or glass, pour the smoothie over top, and then top with shredded coconut.
    4. Decorate as you desire.
