Layered Overnight Oats

Make it the night before and wake up with a very tasty breakfast! Overnight yogurt oatmeal, sweetened with a little honey and layered with poppy seeds, walnuts, apples - healthy and delicious!

    Poppy Seed Layer:
    4 Tbsp poppy seeds
    Yogurt Oatmeal Layer:
    1 tbsp raisins (optional)
    2/3 cup (soy) yogurt
    2/3 cup oats
    1 tsp honey/agave syrup
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Walnut Layer:
    4 tbsp ground walnuts
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp honey/agave syrup
    Apple Layer:
    1 large apple, grated
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp cinnamon

    1. Mix the ingredients for each layer separately.
    2. Take 2 dl jar and put half of the poppy seeds on the bottom. Continue with half of the yogurt-oatmeal mixture, walnut and apple mixture. Continue with the other half of the mixutres.
    3. Place into the refrigerator overnight.
