Apple Pie Sundae

Delicious Naturally Sweetened, Easy, 10-minute, Gluten-Free Vegan Apple Pie Sundae - this is truly healthy comfort food at its best!

    1/4 cup oatmeal / spelt flakes
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/8 cup chopped walnuts / hazelnuts (optional)
    pinch of salt

    Apple layer:
    2 grated apples
    1 -2 tsp lemon juice

    Cinnamon ice cream:
    3 bananas (sliced frozen)
    1-2 tsp cinnamon

    1. Make the crumble mixture in a food processor.
    2. Mix the lemon juice and grated apple to combine.
    3. Add bananas and cinnamon to the food processor and blend.
    4. Fill each sundae or parfait glass with layers of crumble, apple mixture and cinnamon ice cream. Top it with a sprinkle of remaining crumble and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
    5. Enjoy immediately!
